Many people think a warrior is someone strong, an expert on weapons, a person who is strong in stature, and with big bulky muscles and battle scars. Warriors are courageous by nature. They can fight and protect themselves. They can also achieve their goals by developing strengths and skills.

What matters more than our physical strength is keeping our humanity intact and knowing that the world is as complex as its inhabitants. Understanding how important it is to show kindness and compassion to other people awakens the spiritual warrior in you.
No matter how chaotic it can be, if there are spiritual warriors, it will always be a better place.
Discovering the Spiritual Warrior in you

Being a spiritual warrior is challenging because not all people believe in your cause, not all people will accept you, and not all will go the extra mile to follow you. You have to understand that it is not about fighting enemies, evil and demons. It is about doing what you know, and believes is right, even if others do not. As a spiritual warrior, you do not judge. You change people’s lives, not just look at the skills that we develop to make us more powerful than others.
To better understand the spiritual warrior in you, let us delve deeper into your characteristics and behavior toward dealing with the world.
1. You are fearless.
Fear is a feeling that is a part of our being. It is a response that signals your mind to the presence of danger that is imminent. Your body's natural reaction is to run away from it. When you feel fear, everything you experience that is happening around you can be traumatizing. However, if you are a spiritual warrior, you understand that fear is not paralyzing, that you can free your mind from irrational thoughts, and that you can face your fears.
You can then turn these fears into energy to fuel your cause. It becomes your power that even if the world is against you, you would not mind as long as you do what you think is best for others and our world.
2. You believe in the power of love.
Love comes from the Divine power that resides in all of us- it makes the world go round. Without love, there would be chaos. Relationships will end, and hatred and disorder will reign. As a spiritual warrior, you embody the power of love. You believe that love and passion allow humans to stand as one in recovering from adversity and work together to overcome life’s struggles.
3. You seek the truth.

Seeking truth in a world where lies, pretensions, manipulations, and deceptions are common is challenging. Even the advertisements we see about a product are sometimes deceitful and manipulative for us to be hooked. However, even in this environment, you should always seek the truth. You see through the illusions. You always want to get to know them for what they are, not what they seem to be.You become an authenticity advocate, try to know yourself better, and want to build deeper relationships by encouraging people to be true to themselves.
4. You are always kind and compassionate to others.
Like the true warrior that you are, you constantly believe that you exist with a purpose for the greater good and to restore humanity. It does not matter how skilled you are physically. Instead, you are a spiritual warrior because you can understand society – showing kindness and compassion to others.
You are a warrior who values others; your ultimate passion is serving humanity. Even when times get rough, you go above and beyond your means to help others, and showing kindness is in your nature. You help without costs or expecting something in return. It gives you joy when you see people around you win their battles, and it makes you sad when they experience unfortunate events.
5. You understand that you have a greater purpose to fulfill.

No matter how many challenges’ life throws, you believe rainbows always await you. You also know that all that is happening now has its purpose. All of your actions and decisions are geared towards achieving your greater purpose.
You do not let any adversity bring you down, and you understand what is worth fighting for and what is not. You value friendships and love, not money and power, which are the roots of all evil, such as greed. Amidst these adversities, you remain calm, stand firm, and overcome them head-high like the solid spiritual warrior you are.
More than anything, your hardships and struggles make you a better person. A person that only has the best interests of other people in his heart.
6. You are mindful of your body and mental health.
Encouraging others to join your cause might be tricky if you have a sickly body and a disturbed mind. To fulfill their purpose, spiritual warriors must maintain a healthy body and a sane mind.
You always eat nutritious food, exercise, rest well, and find a space to meditate to clear your mind of all the disturbing facets of your life. If your body and mind are healthy, you can readily offer your service to others in need.
Be a spiritual warrior.
Becoming a spiritual warrior is difficult, but we need to know how big a difference it can make. If we choose this path, we can change the world.
A spiritual warrior understands that without Divine power, we are nothing, and the spiritual warrior is trying to manifest the good in it. Spiritual warriors make this world a better place. They show and employ acts of kindness in service to others and humanity. They understand Divine laws and personalities, and you can do it too. So, awaken that inner spiritual warrior in you and follow the episodes of my podcast, 21 virtues.
